TRAINING POLICIES
We understand that schedules can change. To receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty, notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of the registration fee. Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will incur a processing fee.
Attendance and Late Policy
Students are required to arrive on time. The material covered is critical for certification, and missed content cannot be repeated within a single session. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the class and will need to reschedule at their own expense. Full attendance and active participation are mandatory for successful certification.
Health and Safety Protocols
The safety of our students and instructors is our primary concern. Participants are expected to follow all hygiene and safety guidelines provided by the instructor during hands-on practice. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule your training. We maintain a clean and sanitised environment for all skills sessions.
Certification Issuance
American Red Cross digital certificates are typically issued within 24–48 hours of successful course completion. Certificates are sent via email to the address provided during registration. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays. Certification is valid for two years from the date of issuance.
